Job Summary

Supporting the CRO of the Americas, the remote Senior Director of Sales Operations will drive operational efficiency across the sales organization, lead a team of operations professionals, and collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance sales performance.

Key responsibilities:
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the CRO and provide operational support to the AMER Sales Leadership team
  • Lead the development of go-to market strategies, resource plans, and key performance metrics
  • Implement early warning systems to proactively manage business growth and drive cross-functional alignment
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
  • 8+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, tools, and methodologies
  • Proficiency in enterprise sales management systems and data analysis tools (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ, Clari, Anaplan, Tableau)
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing geographically dispersed teams
