Job Summary
Leading the strategy and execution of impactful sales programs, the full-time remote Senior Director of Sales Programs will enhance pipeline generation, conversion, and seller productivity while aligning Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to drive scalable revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute scalable sales programs across inbound, outbound, and partner channels
- Define and track KPIs to optimize revenue performance and improve funnel efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and enhance sales productivity
Required qualifications
- 10-15+ years in Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, GTM Strategy, or Sales Operations
- Experience in SaaS, hosting, digital services, or affiliate-driven ecosystems preferred
- Proven track record of improving pipeline conversion and sales productivity
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Exposure to AI and advanced analytics in sales preferred
