Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Sales Strategy Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement commercial strategies for national retail expansion and growth in various sales channels
• Build and optimize sales processes and tools to enhance forecasting accuracy and retailer engagement
• Develop business insights and performance analytics to support sales planning and execution

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Revenue Management, or Commercial Operations within CPG
• Experience in Retail, Convenience, and/or Away From Home sales channels
• Proven ability to develop commercial strategies and tools for high-growth brands
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field; MBA preferred
• High proficiency with CRM, trade systems, and advanced analytics
