Senior Director of SCADA Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, SCADA and Controls Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define global controls strategy and maintain engineering standards for BMS/EPMS/BAS/SCADA systems
• Lead controls engineering teams and govern project execution through design reviews and compliance checks
• Establish commissioning criteria and reliability programs while ensuring compliance with cybersecurity and operational standards

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years in mission-critical/data center engineering with 7+ years in controls/BMS/EPMS/SCADA engineering
• Experience delivering controls systems for large-scale data centers or critical infrastructure
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols like MQTT, OPC UA, and BACnet/IP
• Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams and external partners
• Expert knowledge of BMS/BAS architectures and OT networking concepts
