Senior Director of SCADA Products

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of SCADA Products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Product Engineering organization and Product Managers for the SCADA Business Unit
• Oversee Engineering Managers to ensure strong technical leadership and accountability across various SCADA systems
• Drive end-to-end product execution and establish robust product development processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred
• 12+ years of experience in product engineering, controls, SCADA, or related technology leadership roles
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing senior technical leaders and cross-functional product teams
• Strong knowledge of SCADA systems and related technologies
• Proven track record of leading complex product organizations through to field deployment
