Senior Director of Security

Job Summary

Leading the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, the full-time salaried Senior Director of Security will develop strategies to manage risks, foster team growth, and collaborate across departments to enhance security measures protecting patients and employees in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an IAM roadmap while managing risks and threats
• Build and mentor high-performing security teams through effective hiring and feedback
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive excellence in security processes and systems

Required qualifications

• BS (or higher) in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Engineering
• 15+ years of experience in data protection services
• 9+ years of experience leading complex technical security teams
• Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems and practices
• Strong proficiency in implementing IAM solutions in complex environments
