Senior Director of Service Delivery

Job Summary

To support strategic client relationships, the full-time Senior Director of Service Delivery will manage service delivery commitments for assigned Health Plan clients, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with client priorities while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Support senior leadership in achieving segment goals and delivering exceptional client service
• Operationalize client business objectives by collaborating with Strategic Partnership teams
• Lead client management teams, fostering development and ensuring high-performance outcomes

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in strategic client relationship management within a PBM or Health Plan
• 2+ years of experience leading a team to deliver results
• P&L management experience
• Experience in negotiating client contracts and managing the RFP process
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across internal and external stakeholders
