Senior Director of Service Delivery

Job Summary

To ensure precise and aligned customer engagements, the full-time Senior Director of Service Delivery will manage the validation process for service delivery, oversee the integration between sales and delivery teams, and enforce compliance with government contracting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own the validation process prior to handoff to Professional Services and ensure alignment between customer requirements and proposed solutions
• Lead structured handoff processes between Sales, Consulting Sales Engineers, and Professional Services, acting as the escalation point for misalignment
• Proactively identify delivery, financial, and compliance risks within deals and implement mitigation strategies to prevent downstream issues

Required qualifications

• 10-15+ years of leadership experience in IT services, professional services, or solution delivery
• Deep expertise in SOW development, LOE modeling, and complex services engagements
• Strong understanding of U.S. Government contracting, with DoD experience preferred
• Proven ability to operate effectively across sales, technical, and delivery organizations
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment in high-stakes situations
