Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Site Reliability Engineering & Platform Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the enterprise SRE function, defining reliability standards and operational KPIs
• Drive platform resilience and availability across critical services and lead incident management and continuous improvement programs
• Partner with engineering and infrastructure teams to embed reliability and automation into system design and own capacity planning

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in Site Reliability Engineering and platform operations
• Strong background in cloud, data, and middleware services
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies
• Knowledge of financial governance and operational cost optimization
• Ability to manage vendor and service partner relationships effectively
