Senior Director of Site Reliability Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a multi-team organization, the remote Senior Director of Site Reliability Engineering will manage the delivery and operation of Dedicated Tenant services, drive complex initiatives, and enhance team growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee service delivery and operational excellence across multiple teams and complex initiatives
• Define and coordinate cross-functional programs with stakeholders to achieve business and customer outcomes
• Develop and implement organizational metrics to improve reliability, productivity, and delivery outcomes

Required qualifications

• Significant experience leading Site Reliability Engineering or cloud operations in a global environment
• Proven success in executing complex initiatives with external stakeholders and coordinating across engineering teams
• Deep expertise in software delivery and operational strategy, including release and deployment management
• Strong experience with high-volume production services focused on reliability and scalability
• Experience with cloud-native technologies, infrastructure as code, and modern observability tools
