Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Director, Software Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and deployment of software releases, ensuring high-quality delivery on time and within budget
• Drive the adoption of automation, CI/CD pipelines, and other tools to increase development velocity and reliability
• Build, mentor, and retain high-performing engineering teams across multiple disciplines

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in engineering leadership roles
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline
• Proven success leading teams delivering supply chain B2B SaaS platforms
• Strong experience with cloud-native development and modern development frameworks (Java, C#, .NET, Node.js, Python, or similar)
• Experience with microservices, REST APIs, containerization, and event-driven architectures
