Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in technology delivery or engineering leadership
• Proven experience in leading large-scale digital transformation programs
• Deep expertise in healthcare technology delivery, particularly in clinical platforms
• Experience with Azure Cloud and PEGA workflow platforms
• Hands-on experience implementing AI/ML solutions to enhance operational outcomes
