Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Software Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the engineering strategy for the Protect platform
• Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team to deliver world-class products
• Ensure predictable, high-quality delivery of complex initiatives across multi-cloud environments

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering leadership experience, with at least 5 years managing teams
• Proven experience with API-based, distributed systems and microservices in high-demand environments
• Experience leading large engineering organizations in remote or distributed models
• Knowledge of data science infrastructure, machine learning, and Generative AI implementation
• Strong technical background with deep experience in AWS or GCP
