Seeking a hands-on Senior Director of Software Engineering, the full-time remote position will lead engineering teams in delivering enterprise-scale software products, while developing talent and ensuring quality and accountability across multiple initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Engineering Managers and teams to deliver enterprise-scale software products and platforms
- Collaborate with Product and business leaders to create engineering roadmaps and execution plans
- Provide technical leadership in architecture, scalability, performance, and software quality
Required qualifications
- 20+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on production software design and delivery
- 14+ years of engineering leadership experience managing high-performing teams
- Experience leading an engineering organization of 25+ employees
- Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Significant experience with Microsoft technologies and cloud environments, preferably AWS
