• Own release test planning, quality gates, and defect management practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• 15+ years of experience in software quality assurance or test engineering
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience managing global teams
• Proven experience implementing enterprise test automation frameworks
• Experience operating in Agile/Lean environments at scale
