Key Responsibilities

• Direct the design and implementation of an Integrated Data Systems Platform (IDSP) for cohesive business systems
• Lead the donor services department, focusing on strategic planning, staffing, and professional development
• Guide policy development and manage budgets for technology and systems while ensuring compliance with standards

Required Qualifications

• At least ten years of experience in advancement or nonprofit administration, with five years in leadership roles
• Experience managing CRM implementations and expertise in data infrastructure and analytics platforms
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional innovation and build high-performing teams
• Strong knowledge of IRS regulations related to charitable giving and experience in complex nonprofit operations
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and drive operational strategies for measurable outcomes
