Job Summary
Leading the domain-first solutions engine, the full-time Senior Director of Solutions Architecture will manage the presales function from discovery to delivery, oversee a team of Solution Architects and Business Analysts, and drive innovative solutions for institutional clients in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the presales lifecycle, partnering closely with Sales to drive technical wins on strategic opportunities
- Manage and develop a team of Solution Architects and Business Analysts, fostering a culture of technical rigor
- Drive scoping and discovery for strategic prospects, ensuring alignment of solutions with client objectives
Required qualifications
- Real assets domain expertise across capital stack and operational asset management
- 10+ years of experience in real estate, proptech, or consulting, with a proven track record in team leadership
- Technical fluency in entity resolution, graph-based data models, and semantic layer architecture
- Demonstrated thought leadership in real assets, data, or investment strategy
- Executive presence to represent the company externally and translate technical concepts into business value
