Job Summary

Leading the strategy for pre-sales and launch readiness, the full-time Senior Director of Solutions Consulting will manage the solutions consulting team, ensuring alignment between Commercial, Operations, Product, and Delivery to drive successful deal execution in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Set the solutions consulting strategy and connect it to enterprise sales objectives and growth targets
  • Build and scale the solutions consulting function, developing team expertise across the sales lifecycle
  • Own end-to-end launch strategy for new products, ensuring commercial viability and operational readiness
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required; MBA preferred
  • Significant experience in solutions consulting, pre-sales, or sales engineering supporting enterprise sales
  • Proven experience leading pre-launch and launch strategies for new products or platforms
  • Strong competitive and market awareness, including industry trends and evolving customer needs
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across functions
