Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of 50+ Solution Engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and customer obsession
• Act as a technical sponsor and strategic advisor on high-priority customer engagements, translating innovation into business outcomes
• Engage with customers at an executive level, creating compelling narratives and thought leadership content around AI and platform capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in managing large teams and driving organizational change
• Exceptional executive presence with strong presentation and storytelling skills
• Deep understanding of AI, digital labor, and enterprise architecture
• Experience in commercial acumen, including pipeline management and customer engagement strategies
• Ability to operationalize strategy into scalable execution in a fast-paced environment
