Job Summary

Leading the strategic sourcing efforts for professional services, the remote Senior Director of Sourcing will manage category strategies, negotiate high-value contracts, and oversee risk governance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate professional services category strategies into a coherent portfolio aligned with enterprise priorities
• Set and enforce negotiation standards while serving as the senior escalation point for complex services negotiations
• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing procurement team, driving leadership development and succession planning

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred

• 10+ years of experience building and managing procurement teams
• 5+ years of experience in services sourcing governance and risk management
• Prior experience with procurement technologies and implementing AI systems in business functions
