Senior Director of Sourcing

Job Summary

Leading a team of sourcing professionals, the full-time Senior Director of Sourcing will manage sourcing projects for a co-location Data Center Client, ensuring best-in-class outcomes through collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement governance for contract flow and sourcing projects, ensuring effective collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop and maintain a matrix of primary and secondary suppliers by category to optimize sourcing strategies
• Oversee supplier performance management and accountability programs to enhance service delivery and compliance

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of strategic sourcing experience, preferably in facilities services
• Demonstrated people management experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management; MBA preferred
• Relevant certifications such as CPM, CPSM, or CPSD are preferred
• Experience with e-procurement tools, preferably Jaggaer
