A company is looking for a Senior Director, Head of SOX.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the execution of the SOX compliance program, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements
• Drive strategy and governance to protect financial reporting integrity and report updates to senior stakeholders
• Lead and mentor a high-performing SOX compliance team while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CIA, or CISA certification required
• 15 years of progressive experience in SOX compliance, internal audit, or financial management
• Comprehensive knowledge of SOX regulations, ICFR, COSO framework, PCAOB standards, and US GAAP
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and oversee enterprise-level compliance initiatives
• Experience with modern ERP systems and financial reporting tools preferred
