Senior Director of Statistical Programming

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Head of Clinical Statistical Programming.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the statistical programming group within the Data Science Department
• Oversee the development and implementation of programming standards and practices to align with R&D strategies
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and manage regulatory submission activities for clinical development studies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 10+ years of statistical programming experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech Industry or CRO, with 7+ years in a supervisory role
• Experience leading submissions to worldwide regulatory agencies (FDA, EMA, etc.)
• Strong leadership qualifications with strategic thinking and project management skills
• Thorough understanding of clinical trial design and regulatory reporting requirements
• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields preferred
