Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Statistician.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead statistical strategies and ensure consistency across multiple compounds within a designated therapeutic area
• Provide statistical input for clinical development strategies and represent the company in regulatory discussions
• Oversee trial-level statistical deliverables and ensure compliance with relevant standards and methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a statistical discipline with 15+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in statistical analysis, modeling, simulation, and adaptive trial designs
• Knowledge of drug development processes for biologics and targeted therapies
• Familiarity with FDA, EMA, and ICH guidance related to biostatistics
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams and managing complex projects
