Job Summary
Driving sales strategy and performance, the full-time Senior Director of Strategic Accounts will build and lead a national account management team focused on complex healthcare ecosystems, while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, and lead a team of approximately 10 Account Managers, establishing best-in-class account management capabilities
- Lead the development and execution of strategic account plans across key centers of excellence, ensuring effective navigation of complex stakeholder ecosystems
- Shape national sales strategy and execution priorities, translating them into actionable field-level plans while driving performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree desirable
- 12+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical/biotech sales leadership
- 7 years of leadership experience with proven rare disease launch experience
- Strong working knowledge of complex reimbursement landscapes and strategic account management in healthcare ecosystems
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and navigate complex treatment pathways
