Job Summary

Senior Director of Strategic Execution is a full-time role responsible for overseeing the enterprise performance insight function to enhance strategic execution, focusing on measurable and actionable insights for senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise performance metrics, dashboards, and reports to ensure visibility into execution progress and risks
• Produce synthesized analyses that integrate quantitative and qualitative data to inform leadership decision-making
• Identify and escalate execution risks early, ensuring timely intervention and tracking recurring patterns for system-level improvements

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in performance analytics, strategy, or execution insight in complex organizations
• Proven ability to translate data into decision-relevant insights for senior leaders
• Experience in designing and implementing dashboards and reports that are actively used by leadership
• Strong understanding of AI's impact on analytics and decision support
• Experience collaborating with technical teams to deliver data products from concept to implementation
