Senior Director of Strategic Finance

Job Summary

To support a growing B2B SaaS company, the full-time remote Senior Director of Strategic Finance will own the financial planning and analysis function, lead capital allocation decisions, and drive partnership strategies to enhance market share and enterprise value.

Key responsibilities

• Own the financial planning and analysis function, including budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans
• Lead build-vs-buy analyses and evaluate M&A opportunities to support growth initiatives
• Drive enterprise value creation activities and prepare for exit readiness, including investor materials and due diligence coordination

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategic finance, corporate development, or management consulting, particularly in B2B SaaS
• Proven track record in building and scaling partnership programs
• Deep understanding of SaaS financial metrics and their strategic implications
• Experience with M&A due diligence, financial modeling, and post-acquisition integration
• Familiarity with exit planning activities and enterprise value optimization strategies
