Senior Director of Strategic Finance

Job Summary

Leading the strategic financial framework for Product & Engineering and Go-to-Market functions, the full-time remote Senior Director of Strategic Finance will manage capital allocation, define operational and financial KPIs, and provide analytical insights to influence key business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead R&D and GTM FP&A functions, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders
• Develop and improve strategic planning and forecasting processes to align investments with financial targets
• Build financial models for major projects to quantify ROI and support resource allocation decisions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced qualifications such as MBA or CFA are preferred
• 15+ years of experience in FP&A or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role at a high-growth tech company
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex data and influence decision-making
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and advanced financial modeling skills
• Experience with financial planning and AI tools, demonstrating a track record of process improvements
