Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Strategic Initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead market acceleration initiatives to drive enrollment growth and revenue performance across priority states
• Drive funnel optimization across the full lead to enrollment lifecycle to improve conversion, throughput, and cycle time
• Establish operating cadence, governance, and performance management to ensure consistent execution and accountability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data/Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred
• 12-15+ years total experience, with 6-8+ years in leadership roles managing multi-disciplinary teams and cross-functional programs
• Proven leadership across growth/marketing operations, inside sales/enrollment, commercial operations, or revenue operations (RevOps)
• Experience in multi-market expansion or priority-state go-to-market strategies
• Comfortable building data visibility and running performance presentations to C-Suite and Board
