Job Summary

To drive strategic business initiatives within product offerings, the full-time Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives will develop and lead long-term product development efforts, ensuring integration of adaptive technologies and support for sales and clients in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead long-term product development and enhancement initiatives that integrate across product lines
• Ensure subject matter expertise is incorporated into all products throughout the development process
• Support sales and client services with product customization and conduct financial analysis of product performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of product development/management or related experience
• Experience with product planning, development, execution, and financial analysis
• Familiarity with various market segments and product types
