Senior Director of Strategic Insights

Job Summary

Leading the enterprise intelligence and strategy execution backbone, the full-time Senior Director of Strategic Insights will integrate strategic insights, consumer research, and performance management to inform decision-making and drive accountability, while working remotely from Pennsylvania.

Key responsibilities:

• Set the enterprise strategic insights agenda, translating various intelligence into decision-relevant implications and risks
• Oversee market assessments, competitive intelligence, and scenario modeling to ensure timely and aligned insights
• Own the consumer and market research capability, embedding the voice of the consumer in strategic and growth decisions

Required qualifications:

• Master's Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 12 years of related work experience
• At least 8 years of managerial or supervisory experience
