Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships

Job Summary

To drive strategic partnerships and program operations, the full-time Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships will manage relationships with a Fortune 50 client, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and oversee program performance in a remote role.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Fortune 50 client, building trusted relationships and translating feedback into actionable insights
• Guide operations and marketing teams to enhance recruitment, program completion, and user engagement while tracking performance metrics and implementing course corrections
• Identify long-term opportunities for collaboration with engineering, product, and learning design teams to improve operational processes

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in program management, strategic partnerships, or a related role, preferably with large enterprise partners
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate findings effectively
• Exceptional written communication skills for drafting executive summaries and partner communications
• Proven ability to drive alignment across multiple internal teams without direct authority
• Strategic thinker comfortable with ambiguity and broad ownership responsibilities
