Job Summary

Senior Director of Strategic Portfolio Management is a full-time leadership role responsible for maximizing the value and sustainability of the company's R&D pipeline through strategic oversight and collaboration with various teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead R&D portfolio reviews and ensure alignment with corporate objectives
• Manage enterprise R&D portfolio reviews and provide insights on performance and risk
• Build and lead a high-performing Strategic Portfolio Management team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (PhD, MD, PharmD, MSc, or MBA)
• 15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech R&D, including senior leadership roles
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification preferred
• Deep understanding of the drug development lifecycle and R&D economics
• Proven leadership in strategic portfolio management or investment governance
