Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Director Strategic Solutions Lead (Biotech) to direct and lead a strategic proposal development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and executes winning proposal strategies and key selling messages
• Engages with cross-functional stakeholders to align operational strategy and budget with customer needs
• Directs a team in delivering high-quality proposal deliverables within timelines and manages profitability targets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience (10+ years preferred)
• Advanced project leadership skills in a matrixed environment
• In-depth knowledge of commercial and budgeting strategy and the proposal development process
• Expertise in customer relationship management and commercial acumen
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
