Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Corporate Strategy team's growth priorities to drive market expansion and business transformation
• Build frameworks for evaluating market entry and capital planning opportunities
• Support executive leadership in designing and evaluating strategic growth initiatives

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma with 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in leadership, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in leadership
• Extensive experience in healthcare consulting or corporate strategy within large healthcare organizations
• Exceptional critical thinking and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
