Senior Director of Strategy

Job Summary

Leading the Corporate Strategy team's growth priorities, the full-time Senior Director of Strategy will drive strategic market expansion and oversee business transformation initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic market expansion and business transformation initiatives across the enterprise
• Develop frameworks for evaluating market entry, capital planning, and access opportunities
• Support executive leadership in designing and assessing strategic growth initiatives and performance management

Required qualifications

• High School diploma with 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in leadership, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in leadership
• Extensive experience in healthcare consulting or corporate strategy within large healthcare organizations
• Exceptional critical thinking and organizational skills to manage multiple high-priority tasks
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders effectively
