Senior Director of Strategy

Job Summary

Driving strategic planning and operational excellence, the full-time Senior Director of Strategy will lead cross-functional initiatives and executive decision support while working remotely from anywhere within the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, business reviews, and performance discussions with senior leaders
• Establish and manage KPIs, scorecards, and performance reporting frameworks to drive accountability
• Oversee cross-functional initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, and organizational effectiveness

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, finance, analytics, or related leadership roles
• 7+ years leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact
• 7+ years partnering with executive leadership on strategic planning and performance management
• 5+ years of management consulting experience or equivalent enterprise strategy experience
• Experience developing KPIs and performance reporting frameworks leveraging analytics
