Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Senior Director of Strategy, the successful candidate will work remotely to shape the company's strategic direction, guide execution of key initiatives, and enhance alignment across corporate strategy and functional priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Continuously evaluate and refine the corporate strategy against market dynamics and emerging opportunities
- Translate the strategic blueprint into measurable outcomes and execution roadmaps while aligning executive and functional strategies
- Lead the Market Aligned Product Strategy program and oversee capital allocation governance to connect strategic priorities with investment decisions
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in corporate strategy, corporate development, or related leadership roles
- Significant experience in sectors such as payments, financial services, SaaS, or fintech
- A degree in economics, business, finance, strategy, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong background in deploying AI tools to enhance functional processes and drive automation
- Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale strategic programs and supporting acquisitions
