Senior Director of Strategy & Operations
Job Summary
Leading day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives, the full-time Senior Director of Strategy & Operations will focus on maximizing the impact of value-based care insights for partner practices while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Own strategy and execution for go-to-market efforts related to Risk Stratification programs and products
- Develop and maintain partnerships with strategic practice leaders, payer partners, and vendors to enhance insight delivery
- Direct and support team members in executing strategic initiatives through cross-functional coordination and program design
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business, Healthcare, or a related field
- 12+ years of progressive professional experience, or 7+ years with a Master's Degree
- 6+ years of experience in healthcare
- 2+ years of experience in value-based care
- Strong business analyst toolkit with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects
