Senior Director of Supplier Development
Job Summary
Leading the Supplier Development team, the full-time Senior Director of Supplier Development will manage supplier partner performance, category strategy, and governance alignment while working remotely in the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with senior leaders and stakeholders to align supplier development strategies and ensure customer satisfaction
- Oversee the development and implementation of supplier performance scorecards and conduct regular supplier reviews
- Lead global sourcing initiatives and support price negotiations with key supplier partners across various categories
Required qualifications
- University degree in business, communications, human resources, or a related field preferred
- 7+ years of experience in the mobility industry or related fields, with at least 5 years in supply chain or procurement
- 3+ years of experience in people management and senior stakeholder management
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; fluency in English and additional languages preferred
- Preferred certifications include CIPS, CRP, or GMS
