Senior Director of Supply Chain

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Sales and Operations Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly Sales & Operations Planning process to ensure high customer fill rates and retail in-stock levels
• Oversee the creation of a Consensus demand plan integrating various market insights and dynamics
• Develop and report on relevant KPIs for supply chain while managing inventory strategies and cost-saving projects

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management at a CPG company
• Proven experience managing a formal Sales and Operations Planning process
• Familiarity with APS tools like Kinaxis is desirable
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional relationships
