Senior Director of Supply Chain

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Supply Chain Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operations, logistics, and procurement for supply chain and non-labor spend within assigned market
• Achieve objectives as measured by operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implement standard operations and logistics best practices
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to support service provision and meet productivity plans

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in leadership/management, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in leadership/management
• Master's degree strongly preferred
• Extensive experience using Oracle and EHRs (EPIC, Cerner)
• Ability to network and build consensus across peer groups
• Ability to provide and set healthcare technology strategies
