Job Summary

Senior Director of Supply Chain, this full-time, salaried position is responsible for managing global operations teams, scaling logistics infrastructure, and deploying innovative AI-driven tools to enhance service quality in a high-growth e-commerce logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and direct global operations teams, setting vision and standards for high performance
• Lead and scale a remote Merchant Operations team, focusing on exceptional merchant experiences
• Implement AI-driven tools and process automation to improve service quality and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or MA/MS preferred
• 10+ years of operational leadership experience in supply chain and customer service or merchant operations
• Proven experience leading large-scale remote customer service or merchant operations teams
• Working knowledge of lean methodologies and operational metrics for continuous improvement
• Experience managing P&L responsibilities of $200M+ in annual supply chain/logistics spend
