Senior Director of Supply Chain Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, DEC Integrated Spend and Supply Chain Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the DEC vision and strategy across Finance and Supply Chain, ensuring enterprise adoption and measurable business impact
• Oversee the execution and operational effectiveness of SOX and GxP controls for Finance and Supply Chain platforms
• Build and lead high-performing multidisciplinary teams, establishing clear decision rights and accountability for enterprise outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 10-12 years of leadership experience in enterprise applications or business systems, particularly in Finance and Supply Chain
• Demonstrated ownership of ERP ecosystems and experience with SOX regulated controls and GxP environments
• Proven track record in managing multi-year platform portfolios with significant financial and operational impact
• Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
