Senior Director of Supply Chain Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Growth and Supply Chain Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic supplier management and operational efficiency initiatives for existing greenhouse supply chain operations
• Lead the development and execution of strategies for next-generation greenhouse projects, including location planning and capital expenditure
• Monitor performance metrics and financial modeling to inform decisions on resource allocation and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain management or operations, preferably in agriculture or greenhouse industry
• Bachelor's degree in commerce, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Demonstrated ability to create and execute strategic plans and lead a team
• Deep knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory management, and logistics
• Exceptional project management skills with strong analytical abilities
