Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition leadership experience, including significant time at the Head-of-TA level
- Expertise in hiring for Software Engineering, Product Management, Sales/Customer Success, and Corporate functions
- Proven track record of managing recruiting teams in complex, global tech organizations
- Strong understanding of modern ATS, CRM, and AI-enabled recruiting tools
- Ability to manage through metrics and provide strategic advice to C-suite executives
