Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute the global talent acquisition strategy in partnership with executive leadership

  • Design and elevate talent practices, implementing automation and data-driven strategies for efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition leadership experience, including significant time at the Head-of-TA level
  • Expertise in hiring for Software Engineering, Product Management, Sales/Customer Success, and Corporate functions
  • Proven track record of managing recruiting teams in complex, global tech organizations
  • Strong understanding of modern ATS, CRM, and AI-enabled recruiting tools
  • Ability to manage through metrics and provide strategic advice to C-suite executives
