Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a global Talent Acquisition and Pipeline Strategy to meet growth goals
  • Build an Employer Branding Strategy and evolve the Employee Value Proposition to enhance visibility in talent pools
  • Lead and mentor a globally distributed team to ensure an outstanding candidate experience
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in developing global Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding strategies
  • Exceptional ability to build and nurture professional networks in diverse talent pools
  • Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams across different regions
  • Strong data literacy and experience in building KPI frameworks for Talent Acquisition
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
