Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in leading Talent Acquisition or recruiting functions at scale
• Proven success in executing and evolving talent acquisition strategies in complex environments
• Expertise in structured, evidence-based hiring practices
• Experience in implementing and scaling AI-enabled tools and recruiting systems
• Strong collaboration skills with experience working across multiple Talent functions
