Job Summary

Leading the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence for the EMEA region, the full-time Senior Director of Talent Acquisition will manage a centralized team focused on sourcing, selection, and onboarding, while partnering with stakeholders to enhance recruitment processes and technology in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the talent acquisition team, overseeing sourcing, selection, and onboarding activities across EMEA while ensuring team development and budget management
  • Participate in global talent acquisition leadership to drive cross-regional projects and initiatives, enhancing the overall candidate experience
  • Develop and implement policies related to the hiring process and manage vendor contracts to optimize recruitment efficiency and effectiveness
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in HR/Talent Acquisition or a master's degree with 7+ years of experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and develop talent acquisition teams effectively
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and data management
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with a results-oriented approach
  • Ability to build trusting relationships with diverse stakeholders through an inclusive approach
