Job Summary
To enhance the organization's recruitment efforts, the full-time Senior Director of Talent Acquisition will manage full-cycle searches, develop equitable hiring processes, and build strong candidate pipelines while working remotely with a preference for candidates located in specific U.S. cities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a recruitment strategy aligned with organizational growth and workforce planning needs
- Design and manage efficient hiring processes, optimizing technology to improve candidate experience
- Guide hiring managers on role design and effective evaluation practices to ensure equitable searches
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including senior and executive-level searches
- Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple roles simultaneously
- Knowledge of equitable hiring practices and relevant labor laws
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools, with experience in LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
- Familiarity with the Jewish nonprofit sector or Jewish communal organizations is a plus
